Lentil Tacos (I'll probably cook it in the rice cooker too...)
Friday -
Pizza (We are finally enjoying pizza after 2 years of being gluten free! I grew up eating pizza every Friday night, and since we have all the ingredients on hand, all the time, we're making it a tradition at our house now).
Saturday - Leftovers or Grill (depending on the weather)
