Grocery Sales Week of February 1, 2010

Sunday's paper has a LOT of great coupons this week.  Cut out what you might use in the coming weeks.  You can also print out coupons at home using my coupon sidebar on my blog (www.moneysavinghabits.com).  Set your default printer to print only in black and save a ton on ink.  I print on the backs of school worksheets.

Kroger is in week 2 of their Mega Sale.  Same sale items as last week.  Make sure you buy in multiples of 10 (mix or match) to get the discount.  I make tally marks right on my list so I can see at a glance how many items are in my cart.
