New discounts for Mormon Tabernacle Choir - sale ends June 8

Updated pricing for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on June 18: we learned that the Pops was having a one week sale for special customers on lawn tickets: they could purchase 2 lawn tickets for the price of 1 (e.g., $25 for 2 instead of the normal $25 each). Children under 12 years old would still be free when accompanied by a paid adult. The sale was to end this Saturday, June 6. We asked the Pops if church members could have access to the sale and if the sale could be extended to Monday, June 8 so announcements could be made in church on Sunday, June 7. The Pops was kind enough to agree to both our requests. This price level would allow a family with mom and dad and children under 12 to attend the concert for only $25. Obviously, there would be price savings for all others, as well. Please note, however, that the sale will end on Monday, June 8, no exceptions. And, those who have purchased lawn tickets previously at the normal price can't receive a refund or exchange them for these special priced tickets. Sorry.

The sale price can be received by ordering tickets from any of the ticket options: box office, phone or internet. When ordering the tickets, use the PROMO CODE 3917 to access the special pricing.

OTHER ITEMS:
It was just announced a few days ago that two guest performers would be joining the Choir and the Pops in the concert:
(1) Astronaut Neil Armstrong, first man on the moon, is going to make a very rare public appearance and do a reading during the concert honoring the 200th anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln.
(2) Cincinnati Bengals player Ben Utecht (who has a CD of Christian music coming out soon) will sing the National Anthem and God Bless America.
