Emergency Preparedness Fair Update
West Chester Police Department has just confirmed that they will have a booth at the fair. They will be doing FREE computerized fingerprinting for the children, and will providing the parents with the fingerprints on a CD.

Should nursing mommies donate blood?
The offical word is:
As long as it's been at least 6 weeks from the birth of your baby, you are eligible to donate blood. Sometimes nursing mothers have a problem with low iron, so they may not pass the screening test for hemoglobin or hematocrit, but nursing your baby isn't a reason that will prevent you from donating.
