For those of you who've been on this list for awhile probably noticed that I don't often list deals on bath and beauty products. That's because many of them I get on special deals at Walgreen's and CVS. IMHO they have high regular prices, but when you match their special deals with coupons, you can walk out saving a bundle. Each store has some "-isms" that take some time to get used to. There's several blogs out there that have scouted out the bargins.
Here's a primer for CVS:

My advice -- start small and take it step by step.

Aldi's
-------------
I haven't been in a few weeks, but here's a readers report....
I was at Aldi on Saturday, and they have a lot of their baking items marked down because they're from the holidays (they don't keep many of these things in stock year-round). Molasses (16 oz. bottle) $1.79, cocoa (8 oz. container) is $1.79, coconut is $1.39, and vegetable oil (REGULAR price) is always $2.29. They also still have milk for $1.99 and eggs for $.69.
(Note: That's the best price on veggie oil -- if you need it, stop by Aldi with some cash.)
Codes:

+c* means there's a coupon for it and I think it's a good deal ONLY if you use the coupon

** super deal -- seriously think about stocking up at this price if this is an item you use
w/c means with in-ad coupon
lim tells you what the limit is
